Because of our extensive health screening on parent dogs, we are happy and confident in our 2 year health guarantee against congenital disease.

The major breed-specific diseases for both Golden Retrievers and Poodles are specifically guaranteed against.

We strive to ensure that all our puppies receive the best possible preventative health care including broad spectrum deworming and first vaccinations. Part of our health guarantee involves us taking the puppy to our vet for an exam before they go home to you, and you taking the puppy to your vet with 72 hours of arriving home to verify that the puppy was healthy at the time of transfer.

Dogs, like all living creatures, will occasionally come down with minor ailments. Our guarantee does not cover minor parasites, viruses and pathogens, allergies, mild heart murmurs or loose hips.

Should your puppy be discovered to have a life threatening congenital illness before the age of two years old, we will offer you a replacement puppy at no cost or a refund of up to half of the purchase price of the puppy.
